ULTRA TECHNOLOGIES GROUP INC. CONTRACT, PROPOSAL AND ESTIMATE ADDENDUMS 2023

  • All agreements contingent upon delays beyond our control.
  • Estimate/Proposal expires in (3) Three Days.
  • There is a design/engineering fee if we do not get the assignment or project.
  • We shall replace equipment or materials in the Estimate, Proposal or Contract: This gives us flexibility to change-out specific equipment or materials, if necessary, due to incompatibility or performance.
  • We are not responsible for damaged or missing “existing data” on computers or storage devices.
  • We may use images of your project for any future design and or promotion.
  • Time is of the Essence: Delays caused by client, other contractors or inspections on job site, client shall be invoiced $250 (Two Hundred Fifty Dollars) per week.
  • Client shall keep appointments: Cancellations should be made seventy-two hours prior to scheduled date or $250 (Two Hundred Fifty Dollars) shall be invoiced.
  • There is a $20,000.00 (Twenty Thousand Dollars) limit per Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit card payment.
  • There is a $500.00 (Five Hundred Dollars) limit per AMEX credit card payment.
  • All change orders shall be in writing and approved: No change orders via phone or verbally without written documentation.
  • There is a (35%) thirty-five percent equipment or materials re-stocking fee due to a change order.
  • Additional Time Required: All work shall be invoiced separately at a designated hourly rate: *See Rate Sheet.
  • Change orders can alter the payment schedule: If a change order requires the purchase of additional equipment or materials, client shall pre-pay for purchase.
  • Client shall not recruit our staff for a “side job” without corporate written approval.
  • Good faith resolution must be attempted in writing for all disputes or claims.
  • Ninety-Day Limited Warranty on custom installations (excluding custom programming or network issues).
  • One-Year Warranty on equipment or materials sold and installed by Ultra Technologies.
  • Manufactures’ Warranty or Guarantee does not cover reinstallation of defective equipment or materials, and shall be invoiced separately.
  • Patch and Paint is clients responsibility.
